Parkmint
Challenges
iParkings had a system for internal use for its various clients, which had evolved over time based on the requests received. However, this organic growth resulted in isolated modules that affected usability and design consistency. Furthermore, these same issues complicated the architecture of the system, making it more difficult to redesign and optimize in terms of usability and functionality.

Solution
We formed a specialized team consisting of a software architect and a UX/UI designer, both with experience in complex applications. Together, they developed a new design that not only improved the look and feel, but also the overall user experience, making it easier to use. Furthermore, thanks to the architect's involvement from the design phase, a viable solution was achieved that took into account the restrictions of the current code. Once the design was approved by the architect and the iParkings team, development proceeded, successfully implementing the new solution.

Benefits
The system’s usability was significantly improved, allowing operators to work more efficiently and reducing learning time for new users. The new, more attractive and consistent design not only improved customer perception but also increased customer satisfaction, providing greater value and strengthening their willingness to continue collaborating with us. Furthermore, by optimizing both the architecture and the user experience, the system is now easier to maintain and scale, facilitating future enhancements and new functionalities without compromising its stability or performance.
